Delivery:-

Most orders placed before 14.00 are dispatched same day in some cases this may take upto 48 hours.

Orders are sent from our warehouse locations based in Leicestershire.

If items are out of stock or the quantity ordered exceeds our holding we will inform you of any delay.

Most deliveries are made within 3 working days however this can take up to 7 working days especially if you are located off the UK mainland; delivery services under pressure from adverse weather or at seasonal times can also affect delivery times.

UK Mainland Delivery:-

£0.00 – £100.00excluding tax will be charged £5.00 + Vat

Orders over £100. will not be charged for delivery but the £5.00 + Vat cost will be deducted if the order is returned for a refund or if the items being refunded bring the original order below the free delivery threshold. Unfortunately we cannot give free carriage on items that are no longer required and returned.

Shipping And Handling:-

In most cases goods will be delivered by courier and will require a signature. Small parcels may be posted.

We use either UPS, DPD or Royal Mail delivery between 8am and 6pm in most cases; as they work to a route we are unable to give them a required time so please make sure there will be access for the delivery to be made between these hours. UPS have a vast amount of pick up / collection shops most of which are within 10 minutes of the customers address and these are often used if the first attempted delivery has failed and are normally open long hours making them a convenient alternative. The carriers will normally make two consecutive weekday attempts at the delivery address given.

Supplying us with a contact number can assist us and the courier should any issues arise.

Should you request that the goods be left without a signature through the settings on the couriers App, Web Portal or by replying to the couriers text or email,  2020PPE will take no responsibility if the package goes missing; by requesting that the goods are left this way, the customer is taking full responsibility for their safety.

 Any problems with your delivery regarding shortage, incorrect items, faults or damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

All sales will be in sterling and VAT will be charged at the current UK rate set by the UK Government.

Returns:-

Please use our contact us link -  https://www.2020ppe.co.uk/contact-us  to request a returns number and returns address, items returned without our returns number will not be processed.

Orders returned to our Pera Business Park address will be rejected.

PLEASE USE THE RETURNS ADDRESS YOU WILL RECEIVE WITH YOUR RETURNS NUMBER.

Please ensure a copy of the delivery note along with your returns number is enclosed with any return, add notes if you are requesting a change of size, replacement or requesting a refund.

Wrong Size:-

If the item ordered is the wrong size, you can return the item to us and we can despatch the amended size you require. We can only do this if the item/s are unworn, undamaged (as new) and in original condition with all stickers and tags attached, no packaging must be torn, if in a box make sure no stickers or labels are put on the box, please do not send any item back that have been worn or is not in its original condition, we will not credit them.

It is up to you how to return them but we recommend  using a recorded service, we cannot be responsible for items we haven't received back.

Please return the item(s) to us marked for the attention of the Returns Dept at the address on your returns authorisation email, with the following information if you don’t have a delivery note:

Your full name and address and a copy of the Invoice (available from our website)

Include the size of item(s) you now require. ( this may incur additional carriage costs and we may contact you for further payment )

 

Damaged or Incorrect:-

Faulty:-

If you have a fault under the manufacturer’s warranty, please see below manufacture contact information to resolve the issue. Manufacturer’s warranty covers failure of the product and/ or materials used in the product, it does not cover reasonable wear and tear, products damaged in use, for example:  toes worn out due to kneeling when the product does not have a scuff cap. If you are unsure of the right product for your application please call us we will give the best advice we can.

Water Resistant Clothing and Footwear:-

Many goods are described as water resistant, they are not waterproof, only Wellingtons or products specifically quoted by the manufacture as waterproof that are lined with Gore-Tex, Simpa-Tex or Mire-Tex lined are waterproof, Water resistant means resistant not waterproof. Please do not return products other than those specified as waterproof.
